At Babydoll Hair Salon, we are committed to exceptional service and personalized results. Prices listed are starting points and may vary based on hair type, length, and service complexity. Your stylist will provide a detailed estimate during your consultation. Final pricing will depend on the amount of time/labor and amount of product needed – thicker or longer hair may require more of both.

 

Booking Policy

Babydoll Hair requires a credit card to be kept on file in support of our cancelation and no show policy. In scheduling and receiving services at Babydoll Hair Salon, our clients acknowledge that they are aware of the cancellation, reschedule and no show policies of Babydoll Hair Salon. Babydoll Hair understands that schedule adjustments are necessary and emergencies do happen, and we will do our best to work with our clients in those situations.

 

Cancellation, No Show and Reschedule Policy

You and your appointments are valuable to our team here at Babydoll Hair Salon. Babydoll Hair has a 24-hour cancellation and reschedule policy for all appointments; we ask that our clients please notify the salon within 24-hours of his/her appointment with any changes. This notification allows the salon to offer your appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment to become available.

Clients that give less than 24-hours notice to cancel and/or reschedule his/her appointment, a fee of 50% of the service that is booked, will be charged.  Clients that no show or no call for his/her appointment, will be charged 100% of the service booked.

 

Additional Guests

At Babydoll Hair, our top priority is to provide a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment for all of our clients and staff. Due to limited space within our salon, we kindly ask that clients refrain from bringing additional guests who are not scheduled to receive a service.

This policy is in place to help us maintain a calm and focused atmosphere, minimize distractions, and ensure that our team can give each guest the attention and care they deserve. We understand that scheduling appointments can sometimes require extra coordination, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

Refund and Adjustment Policy

Babydoll Hair is dedicated to providing you with an overall fulfilling salon experience.Our services are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair service, please contact our Salon within 3 days of original service to discuss correction.

If you are not satisfied with a retail product for any reason within 30 days of purchase, simply return to the salon for an exchange or product credit.

 

Payments

Babydoll Hair accepts Visa and Mastercard as forms of Credit Card payments

Avoid a 3% credit surcharge when paying with Cash or Zelle.

Personal checks and Venmo are not accepted.
